Taking Underway public

Guys we're back episode 35 Do you know what Yesterday evening was actually a big day I was thinking all day like what can I speak about What can I show and tell I actually went public yesterday Now obviously right now the directory on Underway is like there's no one there except me So it's like I went live and launched to no one But it's cool So kind of a big day which means everything I'm doing now is public I was stealth before But I'm doing what this whole thing was planned for now And going public also made me realize a few things like I guess I can show you right I guess I can just share my screen and show you guys So Chrome tab Let's have a look here shall we So this is the directory and this is where everything will go public as well as your socials if you push things there But this was really bare bones before and I realized it needed some work Which is the cool thing about using the app yourself as I'm building it because it's making me realize I'm just using each and every function as it goes and then makes me realize okay this needs to redevelop So now if I go back to the directory and this is businesses being built right now and hopefully soon we're gonna have hundreds of people building here but right now it's just me And so you can see recent launches me And the cool thing about that is if you buy a certain membership you get like this You're building stealth if you want and then when you go to launch you can actually create launch trailers launch videos So as you can see it's like release lately it's all my episodes Building Underway Building Polar Joy that's like one I had to create for the Apple review because I was still waiting on my app to come back But yeah so like for example let's click on Building Underway It's 35 episodes at the minute Season zero before anyone was watching All right so if we click on that so now everyone gets this aspect so which is like a you put your logo there what you're about what you're doing about this series your name you've got filters right So you've got shorts longs podcasts trailers So I put together a trailer here which is from idea to app store submission And that kind of is like it takes every episode from when you started from zero to up to the episode when you went live and when you went public And then it mashes it all into like a boom boom boom So that's that So we can look at all which means everything's gonna be here right And we can watch it all And then also you've got podcasts at the bottom which is pretty cool And I'm gonna push these to Apple and Spotify too So yeah that's that guys I went live But like one thing I will show you here is and this has been working really well Like I kind of use the function of when you look in your vault I keep thinking of telling you I'll just show you In the account section on publishing you can So if I come down here and this is your page in the directory you see here there's a button that says take it all private So before it was all private already And you can basically take it all public So in one click you can take everything you've ever recorded and push it live And so that's what I did But at the same time what you can do is if you go into Vault because I've got everything live in the directory but at the minute obviously no one knows about that and where to find it And if they would basically no eyeballs But what we can do as well is we can do individual episodes push live as well So if I go on episode 34 here and click on Share publish new version this goes to the directory But I can post each of them to each of these profiles And another thing I did yesterday was let's write this again So it posts to them all easily It's just submitted it It's all done It actually works really really well This might take a while but one thing I did yesterday and maybe I'll show you in a better way if I show you here Like episode zero Now this is a podcast Everyone who films and creates anything on Nundua your first episode will be with your AI co host as a podcast But I've still created them as videos as well so that you can publish to YouTube which I have done But one thing I did yesterday was improve this aspect which is called the post right So when you do actually post it to YouTube the reason I worked on this is because I post it to YouTube and I was like the description and the writing was just so bad Obviously it was AI and I was like we need to improve that So I kind of put one together myself gave it a knowledge base on how we need to structure them And so now you know the episode when you publish to these social programs the descriptions that go with it are actually really good as well right So you've got YouTube LinkedIn posts And like if I click obviously it's already on YouTube now because it's episode zero because I went live But on YouTube it basically pulls that through pulls the thumbnail through which is here and it pulls the description through and posts it It's honestly so good And the same with all of these The only one that doesn't work like automatically is X because you have to pay Snap doesn't work either But yeah it's pretty much it's pretty good to be honest guys But yeah one more aspect I want to show you whilst I'm waiting for Apple to get back to me about my App Store submission I have this like you can see on the screen this notice block And this is for like milestones So in the background it's following and noting your milestones like your first payment your first customer If you connect everything it'll look for these things and then it will kind of nudge you like this and tell you Hey you've just done this But this seems to be a bit of a bug so I'm going to kind of look into this but it's like Rich you're at 1000 subscribers and obviously I've connected it to YouTube but I've been past 1000 I'm on like 2700 I've been past it for a long time so I need to figure out where it's pulled this data and why it thinks I'm at 1000 But the whole point of these as well guys is that you can let's say it's your first customer and when it happens it knows So that might be a monumental moment for you it might make you be like oh f**k it's amazing like probably when I get my first customer whoever that is it will be a good moment right And so you have this ability to record a moment right now and just so you can grasp how you feel about it and record that and that will get saved Or you can say ask me at debrief time aka it's just going to learn it it's going to know it and later on in the day it might ask you about it in the interview right So that's there which is pretty cool But you see it says today's context yeah so I think it's because I connected my YouTube again today so it's pulling through 100 subscribers 1000 you know worth an episode Look at all those but anyway cool I think that's enough guys don't you Let's end it there
