Strangers watch a clip once. The same people watch a numbered series in order, because they want to know what happened next. Episode 47 works because they saw 46, and those are the people who subscribe.
So your free episodes are what make people pay. Keep sharing them, and save the more personal episodes for the fans who already know you.
The interview never changes to earn you more. Nothing you are asked is chosen by what performs, subscribers or not.

- What happens after the fifty?
- Everyone after the first fifty keeps 80%. The fifty pay Underway nothing, for as long as their series runs.
- Monthly, once, or both?
- Monthly while you're still building. Once for a finished story, or for episodes you recorded in private. Both if you have old episodes and new ones coming; subscribers get every episode so far.
- What should I charge?
- $3 to $6 a month for a live series, more when the numbers are the product. $10 to $30 once for a finished story. Current buyers keep their price if you change it.
- What stays free?
- Your page, episode zero, any episode you choose to give away, and your listing in the Underway directory.
- Can I still keep a series completely private?
- Yes. While you record in private, nothing leaves the app until you say so. Selling those episodes when you share them is optional.
- How do I get paid?
- Press Connect payouts once in your Publishing settings. Whop checks who you are and pays your earnings into your bank. Underway never holds your money.
- What about refunds and chargebacks?
- Whop handles them on your account, as it does for every seller. You never deal with a bank.
