Welcome everyone, we're back. Episode 72, can you believe it? In this video, we're going to go over how Underway knows, how Underway is insanely intelligent right now, and it's getting better every day. So let's get into it.
This is your Today page. I've shown this a lot, but we've added a few new features to this page 'cause you already know we're addicted to adding features. We got our first customer yesterday. We shifted focus from join for free on the ads. We shifted it to sign up, enter your card details, and get 14 days free. Yesterday we got the first guy, so that means in 13 days now, we could potentially be paid.
So let's just go over what we're seeing now on the Today screen. The biggest thing that I want to show you here is called what's worth doing now. This is about how Underway is intuitive, and it's like how can it help you move forward, get views, be seen. It's really good and intuitive now. We've got seven things that are worth doing now. If you're a founder, if you're anyone using the app and you're just like, what can I do now to move my company forward, it's actually really good and helpful.
So the first one is actually your message. It's because it wants to get the correct context about who you are, what you're doing. It's not always going to be exactly spot on, so it's actually going to ask you questions if it's not quite sure. It says, is the marketplace and documentary future something buyers hear now or kept back until paying users exist. I need to fix that. But it's basically asking me, because right now there is a marketplace. Right now, creators could get on potentially and charge for people to watch them build and their episodes. But I created it on a whim. It's not a massive piece right now. I think it will be in the future. It's asking me, is this something we need to push right now or until paying users exist. Really it's something I would wait on. Wait till I've got a lot of paying users and then start to push it.
Here's what's cool. Film is now suggesting ways to be found. How to screen record only one tab. What it does is in the background, it scans my website, my GitHub, everything that's connected to it, and it understands what I do and what my functions are, what the software does for people. And it does have features that are general, that are widely searched, that could bring eyeballs. One of those is how to screen record only one tab. You might think, well, that's not a core function of Underway, someone wouldn't buy Underway just because of this. True. But it's the type of thing people search on a large basis that would bring eyeballs to Underway.
It says, for Underway's own article, I've already got an article up, and it says how to screen record only one tab. It's on my website. I need to put that out to help people. The article ranks on Google, and a video with the same title gives the search a video result. When it is posted to YouTube, the article's link goes in the description by itself, and the video goes on the article. So I can click see how to film it, and then videos people would find.
This sends me to the promote tab, and the promote tab has so many things and ways you can rank for, and things you can do. It says at the top, how to screen record only one tab. People type how to screen record only one tab, and YouTube suggests it as they do. Founders and creators search in YouTube for how to do it, the same people who find the article on Google. For Underway's own article, the article ranks on Google, and a video with the same title gives the search result.
Show it with share your screen, a tab, so you can just click how it's filmed, a 60 to 90 second walkthrough, your screen and your voice filmed with FilmThis, open on the search, show it done in Underway. I can just click FilmThis walkthrough, and boom, we're in. And then it's done. It's going to edit it itself. It's going to add the intro, it's going to add the outro. It's going to optimise the SEO, its search engine optimisation. It's going to think about all that for YouTube, for Google, and it's just going to put it out there. It goes on the article, goes on YouTube. It's so intuitive. There are many things as well here that it's figuring out that you could rank for.
As I'm looking at this screen, it's killing me, because I've added a function where when you hover over it, it's meant to go light so that you can read it. Black screens like this are pretty hard to read. So I'm going to go and fix that.
