I'm going to walk you through how Underway can help you find your ideal customers, and it does it incredibly well, like everything with this app.
If we go on Promote at the top, we look at the shop window. Got a bunch of different things in here. Found in AI Answers, Conversations. A lot of these two at the top, Found in AI Answers or Conversations, are only found in the top membership. But if you join right now through one of the ads, if you see it, you get the top membership for the bottom membership price.
Part of series on your thread key is Conversations. Every day, people on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, and Hacker News describing the problem you solve, not just who I solve, but you as well as a founder if you join, by platform. People with the problem you solve, we want to find those people. They're out there, they're on the internet, they're talking about the problem actively right now. So every day on your own thread key, it searches X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, and Hacker News for people saying in their own words that they have the problem you solve, and sorts them by platform. Each comes with the link to the post, the context, how it was found, and what you could say. You open it and start the conversation. Nothing is posted for you, and your interviews never see it. For me, this whole app is you're documenting on one side, and you've got your promotion and marketing channels on the other side, and it makes both incredibly simple for you.
This page fills as each platform finishes. You can leave it and come back. So what it's doing is picking up signals on all of these platforms. Your search is platform by platform, one moment said a few ways, each in quotes. So it's making this kind of search on X, anyone who said "I wish I had filmed," or "wish I had recorded," or "wish I had documented," or "should have filmed." It's not always going to be spot on, but people saying that kind of thing is possibly going to be related to what I do. Or anyone that said, "Editing takes forever," or "Never know what to say." LinkedIn, "Wish I had documented, struggling to post consistently." Reddit, "Building public." Threads, Hacker News, everything. And it does this by itself. That's why I say at the start when you're setting things up, do the marketing brief, give it your website, give it as much context as possible so it understands and knows exactly what your issues are and what to look for.
Look, this tool is not going to be spot on every time. One thing I want to add here is it's going to scan all of them, and it's going to find loads of people mentioning those things, but then it's going to read through those and decide if it's worth replying to, because the context has to be there as well.
This guy Finn, frustrated with it, spent hours editing a video just not to post it. Context: they spent hours editing a video and then never post it, which is exactly the edit kills moment, worth a practical reply, found by searching X for "editing takes forever." What you could say, the edit is usually where it dies. And I can just reply on X and do that, and it will copy it through to X.
Alan on LinkedIn, frustrated with it. Context: Alan says his one regret is not documenting his wins as he went, which is exactly the record as you go problem, and there is something practical to add about capturing it in the moment rather than reconstructing later. Spot on, that's literally my exact customer.
On Reddit, six months building a trading alert bot, as a 16-year-old tested it, honestly it doesn't work, here's what I'm keeping, nine months in, posted in detail, a written progress update as a follow-up to an earlier one, which is the slow manual way of keeping a record of building. I know it's mine and I'm being biased, but I just think AI is so good nowadays, and this is now a one-stop shop to help you document your business and also propel it forward in terms of promotion and marketing and finding customers. I work in marketing and sales, so that kind of stuff comes natural to me, and now I'm so glad because the documenting at the same time is incredibly easy too.
That's problems. That's people with the problem you solve and finding your perfect customer through Underway.

All righty, party people. So I'm gonna walk you through how Underway can help you find your ideal customers, and it does it incredibly well, like everything with this app. Okay, give me a minute. Let's share my screen. I'm gonna walk you through how that actually works in real life. So let's share a tab. Share the public. Okay. And here we go. So I haven't spoken about this much, but if we go on Promote at the top, we look at the shop window. Got a bunch of different things in here. Found in AI answers. Spoken about that before, but we've got here Conversations. A lot of these two at the top, Found in AI answers or Conversations, are only found in the top membership. But if you join right now through one of the ads, if you see it, you get the top membership for the bottom membership price. How good is that? Okay, so part of series on your thread key is Conversations, okay? So every day, people on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, and Hacker News describing the problem you solve, not just who I solve, but you as well as a founder if you join, by platform. Okay, so we'll click on here. So I'll just read it to you. People with the problem you solve. We wanna find those people. They're out there. They're on the internet. They're talking about the problem actively right now. So every day on your own thread key, you don't have to know what that is, don't worry. It searches X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, and Hacker News for people saying in their own words- That they have the problem you solve, and sorts them by platform. Okay? Each comes with the link to the post, the context, how it was found, and what you could say. You open it and start the conversation. Nothing is posted for you, and your interviews never see it. Okay? 'Cause for me, this whole app is you're documenting on one side, and you've got your promotion and marketing channels on the other side, and it makes both incredibly simple for you. Okay, so as you can see right now, it's, it's actually... Oh, my cat's here. Hmm. You say hello? Um, it's actually my phone, says cat. You say hello? He's called Sonny. Where's your brother? We've got, we've got two other cats. Okay. So as you can see, it's looking now. So this page fills as each platform finishes. You can leave it and come back. So it's done X28 to read. So what it's doing is f- picking up signals on all of these platforms, and it's looking for... So your search is platform by platform, right? So it's one moment said a few ways, each in quotes, joined with. So it's, it's making this kind of search on X. So anyone who said, "I wish I had filmed," or "wish I had recorded," or "wish I had documented," or "should have filmed," right? It's not always gonna be spot on, but people saying that kind of thing is possibly gonna be related to what I do. So, or anyone that said, "Editing takes forever," or "Never know what to say." LinkedIn, "Wish I had documented. Struggling to post consistently." Reddit, "Building public." Threads, Hacker News, you know, e- everything. And it does this by itself, guys. That's why I say at the start when you're setting things up, do the marketing brief, give it your website, um, give it as much context as possible so it understands and knows exactly what your issues are and what to look for. Um, so as you can see, so we've done Reddit, 33 to read, done LinkedIn, 13 to read. Threads. It's funny 'cause it's actually come up with one worth a reply today, but it's, it looks like a competitor, and it is what it is. Look, this, this tool is not gonna be spot on every time. I'm hoping it comes up with another. Um, "I hate editing video, so I built a tool that does it for me." Okay, we've, we've got some new ones. Hopefully, they all come in. Replies written for 15 of 43 posts. Okay. And by the way, I'm just doing this live. It's not I'm, uh, I'm, it's, I'm kind of doing it in a freestyle way. So, you know, it could be done much better with high-class editing and stuff, but for me, it's just about documenting, just giving it you guys from the dome. Okay. So, and by the way, one thing I wanna add here is it's gonna scan all of them, and it's gonna find loads of people, you know, mentioning those things, but it then it's gonna read through those and decide if it's worth replying to because it's, the context has to be there as well, right? So let's see. It says this guy Finn, uh, FinnFinJuice, frustrated with it, spent hours editing it Just not to post it. Context: They spent hours editing a video and then never post it, which is exactly the edit kills moment worth practical reply found by searching X for editing takes forever, right? What you could say, the edit is usually where it dies. What-- blah, blah, blah. Gives you the pr-- And I can just reply on X and do that, and it will copy it through to X. Um, Abby again. Okay, I'm sorry this is 60 minutes long. Not offended if no one watches this, I just hate editing. You know. And these might, might not be a founder or anything, but this is not to say that undo.it won't help. It says here 13 more it read on X and passed over. So it's not all of them. Anyway, I don't wanna go through them all and read it all out. Um, LinkedIn, so frustrated with it. Context. Alan says his one regret is not documenting his wins as he went, which is exactly the record as you go problem. And there is something practical to add about capturing it in the moment rather than reconstructing later. Right? Spot on. That's literally what I-- my exact customer. The frustrating part, I've closed deals, hit quote, built pipeline, but I didn't have the big close on my... No, no, no. Just results. Apparently it wasn't enough. That's why I learned one of the hardest lessons of my sales career. And we can click on it and read it all, and it's gonna come up with the, the answer and send it off, right? And for me, it's just making this whole thing simple for you. It's like, doesn't take any time out of your day to get back to these kind of people. And, and look, yes, you're paying for Underwrite, but this is semi-free marketing. If you do this every day, of all of these signals, people talking about f- them feeling the problem or having the problem that you s- have a solution for, you know, you, you can't go wrong. Finding your first few customers can be done this way. So there's a bunch of, literally a bunch of loads of LinkedIn ones here. You've got Reddit. Six months building a trading alert bot. As a 16-year-old tested it, honestly, it doesn't work. Here's what I'm keeping. Sit nine months in, context nine months in and post it in detail, written progress update as a follow-up to an earlier one, which is the slow manual way of keeping a record of building. Guys, I'm honestly, sometimes I'm just like, "This is so good." I know it's mine and I'm being biased, but I just think AI is so good nowadays, and like this is just now a... This is like a one-stop shop to help you document your business and also propel it forward in terms of promotion and marketing and finding customers. You know, I work in marketing and sales, so that kind of stuff comes natural to me, and now I'm so glad because the documenting at the same time is incredibly easy too. Um, so yeah, that's it.
