I woke up with some doubts today, and I'm just being honest because this is really what I should be doing more of, just really saying what I think and feel. I've done 50 odd episodes, and I'm like, what, 50 odd episodes, that's pretty cool Rich, but it's not even a business, it's just noise. I'm sure a lot of people from my socials are watching and thinking yep, you're right Rich, just noise, what are you even talking about. So you're battling that all the time.
I think there's a reason why a lot of successful business owners don't show this bit, because it's bleh, and it only becomes really valuable when the success of the business gets to a certain point. Then it's kind of cool to look back and hear your thoughts. So this is a bit of a test, putting this out there.
That's the whole reason why I created the stealth mode application, because as a business owner you don't have to get yourself out there like I'm doing, you can build in public but be in stealth until you're ready to go public. But I just grew some balls for this bit. This could be a huge failure.
But today I felt some positive movements towards getting those first few customers. I think I said on the last episode, I tasked my Grok bot with reaching out to people on the internet who say in their socials, to some degree, that they're documenting or wish they could document along those lines. I wanted to show you some aspects of that because it's kind of interesting.
You can see all of my inbox here, which it is what it is, but I did want to show you this because the Grok bot, and this is how good AI is, it's reaching out to these people, doing its own messaging, finding them, and doing all that automatically. It's reporting back to me, but I wanted to show you the inner outs of this because I might refine this, I might improve it.
It found this person, this person is now publicly live, but it said, hey, saw you asking whether to start documenting your day today running the TikTok shop. So that's perfect, that's the kind of person who I would want to use this. I built something for exactly that, and I'm paying a handful of business owners a hundred dollars to try it for a week. Underway interviews you about your day on camera, turns it into a number of episodes, no editing, five short episodes, a six second clip of you, want the details.
It's so cool, it's just so cool to see, and I wanted to document this because it's finding those people automatically and lining it up where there is a solution for them. That's really what they want, and it just proves it, the guy said, yeah, let's hear it brother. So I then explained the opportunity.
That's all I really wanted to show, because most people, that's such an insignificant little step forward, and in the grand scheme of things when you get more customers you don't really think about that little thing. But that's the spurting of the seed of how to start to take one step after the other and start to get clients. It might not do that person, but that kind of outreach consistently will turn into a handful of people testing, which gets a handful of people giving me reviews and feedback, which potentially gets paying customers, which potentially allows me to create feedback and more ads, and deliver a product that needs to be refined. These are just the small building steps to creating a business and getting more. So I'll keep documenting this regardless, but I thought I'd make sure I got that down.
