I did say a few episodes ago that I was going to use the interview aspects of Underway more instead of just chatting freestyle, but here I am freestyling again. It is what it is, guys. Added new features because I'm addicted to that.
We're on the edge, guys. We don't have any customers yet. We're about to launch X ads and Meta ads. We're close. I know I keep saying that, but we are close. And I do want to document that whole journey of doing it, because getting the first customer is going to be big, isn't it.
The outreach, I've got lots more messages, just not one of them. It's kind of weird. It's like hey, I'll pay you, and they're like yeah sounds good, give me more, and then sometimes they just drop off the face of the earth. But I know outbound, that's how it is.
I spoke to you guys about creating my agent video episodes, so my head of engineering creating episodes. It's kind of a bit of a spoof idea but also could be legitimately good, do you know what I mean. And it created two episodes yesterday. It cost a lot. It's not really good for the economics, and there's bugs and there's things that need to be improved, but I'll show you it. It's pretty good to say this is where we're at with the technology. Let's go in the vault.
Number one, you can click into agents. Everyone can click into agents, and then Steve, look at him, it's so funny because it just legitimately looks like a random guy just in his office. He's like meet Steve, which is AI head of engineering.
If I go into the vault, guys, I'll show you around a bit because everything's improved. So we've got episodes and roundups. You've got all the videos, podcasts, roundups. Roundups are like September montage. Then you've got each week, roundup week one, roundup week two. It just puts them all together, it's pretty cool. You've got trailers, so when you go live from the vault, when you go live from private to public, it creates a trailer. Then you've got agents, you can look at yourselves.
Should we watch episode zero. Guys, I think I promised you this. So opening Steve's episode, meet Steve, which is AI head of engineering. It's also in the directory publicly, so when people find me in the public directory on Underway, when there's hundreds and hundreds of builders creating stuff, you can go in there, you can find me building, and I also see within it you'll see Steve building, meet Steve, which is AI head of. Let's play it.
It's kind of funny. Do you know what would be cool, if it wasn't so expensive, if he could just do like a couple of minutes talking about how annoyed he is with Rich.
So anyway, that's episode zero, and that's actually improved on episode one. I'll show you episode one and I'll tell you why. So episode one is here. This one's not as good, I don't think. And the one tonight should be better since we've improved things.
It's kind of good, you know. I think it just needs to be a bit more personable, which I think we can improve on, but for what I envisioned, I think it's pretty cool. Imagine if it wasn't so expensive, imagine having all my different staff accounts all just documenting it, and a couple of them just hate me. Some of them love me, working for Rich is great, and then the engineer's just like oh he's killing me.
I just can't work out if it's like a complete spoof or that we're moving into this kind of world where everyone's working with agents, do you know what I mean, and it's like this is what it's going to be like. Anyway, why not do this, why don't we just jump ahead of the curve. We'll see, won't we, at the end of the day. I'm documenting and we'll see how it does, whether that's soon or later. Rich out.
