How it works
Three steps. The middle one is sleeping.
Evening, it asks, you answer.
At the same time each evening your phone says “ready for episode 12?” Underway already knows roughly what you did today, your calendar, your commits, your meetings, anything you tapped during the day. It asks you a good question about it, out loud, and listens to the answer. Then it asks about the thing you left hanging. You answer to camera, or with no camera at all. About two minutes.
Overnight, it makes the episode.
Your answers are cut together in the order you said them. Nothing is reordered. Nothing is added. It just tidies the long pauses and puts your name and episode number on the front.
Morning, it’s ready.
“Episode 12 is ready.” Watch it. Drop an answer if you don’t want it in. Post it, or keep it. That’s the whole job.
