Ask the archive breaks live

My friends we're back And we've got a lot done Like always we've been hard at work When I say hard at work I mean when this cloud code has been hard at work chat GPT using them all But again I'm just updating you all because we've added some new functions I'm kind of addicted to this process I feel at least I'm at a point now where I can stop adding functions and just like document and obviously start to get customers get trial people like start using the tech and see how we do But I wanna share my screen and walk you through a few aspects So let's go on here first Wait let me share my screen guys Cool so if we go on today we've got the first thing I wanna show you guys is ask the archive So before I kind of had a version of this where it would remember kind of you know your pushers and whatever you've connected in terms of context it would remember but not like far back And you couldn't also search And so what I figured was you know imagine like I got so much done a few days ago And I went to bed and I was like you know what I'll do an episode about X tomorrow But there were other stuff that really deserves an episode as well or deserves me to speak about it and show But I didn't quite get around to it And then boom I kind of forgot So I was like we need a mechanism where it remembers all of this And we can also like kind of look up things So we've got ask the archive I'll go through it here you can just simply click ask You can say what did we get done yesterday Or when did I implement 11 labs Please be so you're gonna show a buggy and be like super slow because I haven't even tested this out But you know what See obviously it's already too slow And this is a bug but I mean you can see it's valuable right So awkward but these are the things you know you've got a document because I'm gonna fix this But the whole point is you know I can remember these times or I might be speaking to someone and they might be like so oh that's a good data policy When did you enact that data policy These boring terms I can just go into here I can ask it hopefully it wouldn't do this And I can look oh back on this time and here was my thought process around it and here's why I did it right So that's that even though that was kind of a failure which is embarrassing And so the other things that I've been working on account let's have a look at here So I've added some more connections guys So because there's so many now I've put them in kind of topics I guess So what shipped where episodes go So now we've like honestly got LinkedIn they take ages to load You've got YouTube LinkedIn TikTok Instagram And I'll be honest guys the application to get those across the line especially that I haven't finished TikTok in terms of making it live for all users The others have I think But like meta and the complexity of the application it makes is so long it literally gave me anxiety having to complete it And for me when I start something I have to complete it So I was at it for so many hours But now it's honestly great because it's one button click and it posts to these platforms with the text accompanying it which is really cool I think I added these two new ones So your email newsletter And remember I think I spoke about this before Is it track milestones So another milestone would be like you sent out because people have their email newsletters right And they send that out to people They get subscribers through that So these are milestones as well And it might be like you've sent out your first email newsletter You've got your first subscriber So these are going to be tracked And right now it connects to Kit and Beehive here I also added this what will you send So everyone who signs up to Underway gets an Underway email account but it's also not So this is my inbox right I can copy it And the reason I thought about this guys was because I'm trying to think about all these connections I was like do you know what Email's a good connection but there's so many Depends on your email and you've got so many different things coming through And I looked into the legalities and how to connect It's Gmail et cetera and Workspace And it's like you need an application You have to pay a lot of money and it's annually And I was like OK well that's not really going to work now But I think this is a good step in between And what it does is gives you this personal inbox from Underway And you can basically every time you get important emails that are important to this project or something you might want to talk about and give context you can just forward to this address And then it will come up in your context on your today So you can see what it's learned today what it's looked at And it will show you some of those emails that you forwarded Same with your newsletter And remember it's tracking all of these It's all milestones for you and your business whatever you're doing So you've got Stripe You've got Warp You've got Plausible You've got PostHog There's so many things going on I could probably stop now It's like Pokemon Catch them all So real quick I'm going to work on this bug now But anyway if we click on Record Tonight's Episode back to the setup Ask again is at the bottom I'm going to move that You can word it your way Put in what you want here And then it will build questions around these topics It's going to choose It's going to give you threads I think I've been through a few of these But they kind of keep getting developed And as I said the coolest aspect now honestly is a podcast Like when you podcast here and you go long and you choose the app's host it's going to give you threads And then you click on just chat I wonder if it's gonna let us do this Yeah like this is how long I've got available but It shows this and this right and then you've got the you've got all these different voices you can speak to it's kind of like over the top but like Like friendly troll and like it's kind of cool You can hear them as well Let's see if it plays Very Good and they're all really human like like not really AI robotic like and you can start the conversation And again as I said before literally you're speaking to someone who understands and knows your business knows everything that's going on I'm everything you've said it's like so clever So the podcast side is kind of really developed And the video side is obviously quite developed as well It's more interview style because you got to think about like this videos When you're creating them like I'm doing right now it's like me speaking to you Documenting my bill but speaking to you at home Where the podcast is kind of like you're speaking in a room is being into an interviewer and other people listening in you know so it's kind of different and I Do urge people I do want people to use video more I think it's just gonna be More it's gonna be much more valuable in the future as well when you look back But yeah I'm sure there's more to say but let's go
