We've done 50 odd episodes right. 50 odd episodes, that's pretty cool, but it's not even a business, it's just noise. We don't have any customers yet.

We're about to launch X ads and Meta ads. $36 for one lead. Signups through the night and I'm like, that's cool. But then I go into them and I look and I'm like, all of them getting stuck and they're not even far into the app. Sometimes you're like, wow, I'm just running ads on X and Meta, and no customers.

Yesterday we got the first guy, so that means in 13 days now we could potentially be paid. We've got two signups now, both put their card details in. They get a free trial of 14 days, so we'll see if they pay.

Got my first paying customer for Underway. We're down in revenue, so we've gone from $60 made back down to 29. I've gone from product and idea to where I am now with 10 genuine people on a trial with their card in.

My new positioning is capturing people all the time who feel bad that they've missed so much, so start now. I cut my free trial to seven days and I didn't change the product at all, same features, shorter clock.

A sign up emailed me last night and said $129, that's way overpriced for a clipper. And the first person today was about to pay and it said insufficient funds, and it tries again a few hours later.
