Launches

Made in private. Shared all at once.

Each series here was recorded in private from its first episode, then shared all at once on launch day. Start at the beginning of any of them.

What a launch looks like

Every moment is from our founder’s own first 48 episodes, in the order they were filmed. Watch the series

What goes out on launch day

Every episode so far appears on the founder’s public page, in order, with episode zero pinned at the top. They can also go up as a YouTube playlist, oldest first, and on the Series plan into a podcast feed. Social media gets one launch post, a short trailer made from moments across the episodes, instead of forty posts at once.

How a launch works

A founder records episodes, short numbered videos or podcasts, in private for as long as they like. When they launch, every episode is shared at once. Episode zero comes first, a short intro to what they’re making and who it’s for. The rest follow in order, each dated the day it was recorded. Nothing is moved around or added later, so it’s worth starting at the beginning.

How this list works

Newest first, never ranked by audience. Sharing publicly and being listed here are separate choices, and both are the founder’s. Each entry shows how many episodes were waiting on launch day and how many days the founder recorded in private, and opens at episode zero.

Recording in private yourself?

What you record in private is footage nobody can make later: the day the prices changed, the week it nearly failed, the first person who paid. Record it privately now, keep back anything you’d rather not share, and share the rest when you launch. This list is short now. It won’t stay that way.
