New in underway
private until you go public, on every plan

every underway series is private until you choose to go public. that was always true, on every plan, the free episodes included. what changed is the price list: there is no longer a separate plan for building in stealth, because staying private never cost anything.
the two things that plan added, releasing the whole vault at once on launch day and the launch trailer, now come with every paid plan, founder included.
why build in stealth with underway
the first question most founders ask is whether they have to be public. you do not. you film the same interview, get the same numbered episodes and the same cut, and nothing leaves the vault until you send it. a stealth product, an unannounced pivot, a job you have not left yet: the diary starts today either way, because the footage of the beginning is the one thing nobody can make later.
what launch day looks like now
- go public when you choose, from Publishing in Account.
- release the vault whole, oldest first, with episode zero as start here and every filming date kept. that is every paid plan now.
- cut the launch trailer from the vault: ten to fourteen moments, one line each, fast. that is every paid plan now too.
- or hold any episode back for good. private is the default, and it stays your call.
the plans now
- free: three episodes, no card.
- founder: £29 a month or £290 a year.
- series: £79 a month or £790 a year.
- company record: £299 a month for a team of five.
stealth launch and founder's record are gone. nobody was on either, so nothing changes for anyone's account.
do i have to post my episodes?
no. every episode stays private in the vault until you publish it, on every plan.
what do i need to release the whole vault on launch day?
any paid plan: founder, series or company record.
is the launch trailer extra?
no. it is part of every paid plan.
