why email is different from github
commits and calendar and stripe are connections you tick. email is messier. you do not want a bot reading the whole inbox.
so the live product does not. it gives you an address of your own. you choose what to forward. the rest stays where it is.
what you forward
the investor's reply. the supplier's quote. the yes that closed the week. anything that should sit in the next episode's context without you typing it in by hand.
one line for the interview. you still pick what the episode is about.
what this is not
it is not reading your private mailbox. the live line says no mailbox is ever read.
it is not the full day-reading page. github, calendar, meetings, stripe, whop, and the rest live on /it-reads-your-day. this page is the forward address.
it is not posting for you. "it posts for you" is a different live section — nothing goes out unless you press it.
it is not overnight processing while you sleep. a few minutes after you stop, the episode is ready.

do i have to forward anything?
no. optional. connect and forward only what you want the interview to know.
does underway open my gmail?
no. you forward. no mailbox is ever read.
does the forwarded email become footage?
no. it becomes context for the interview. other people's voices from meetings never become footage either; only you are in the episode.
is this the day log?
related. everything a connection sees can sit in the day log. the forward address is how email enters that world without a mailbox scrape.
why this page exists
gsc still has no query rows. volume is not measured. founders who will not connect email but will forward one reply need the live mechanism named on its own page.
