evening: the phone says ready for episode 12. it already knows roughly what you did. calendar, commits, meetings. four or five good questions, out loud. you answer to camera. about two minutes.

overnight: it makes the episode. answers cut together in the order you said them. nothing reordered. nothing added. tidies long pauses. name and episode number on the front. the middle step is sleeping.

morning: it's ready. watch it. drop an answer if you don't want it in. post it, or keep it.

tonight's questions start where last night's answers stopped. you can read, fix, or delete everything it remembers. no one else ever sees it.
